HR Plan...

Assumptions-COGS and following links from [HR Plan] for Management and Executive Salaries does not link.(?!?!)




There are 2 halves of each section (Management, Sales, etc.) in the HR Plan, the top section requests input for 'Current' people and will be reflected elsewhere in the system where salaries are paid from operating cash flow (they should appear in the Assumptions-COGS page )...



The bottom half of each section requests input for NEW people who will be hired using new/investment money. These salaries will appear as a total amount on the 'Use of Funds Worksheet' (At the bottom of each section, you will see 'New Hires')



The totals of each section in the 'Use of Funds Worksheet' then appear elsewhere (including the COGS page) as costs brought forward from the 'Use of Funds Worksheet'.
