BizPlanBuilder v8.1

Error Message: 5 for "Non-US English" Versions MS Office

The error you are experiencing is due to a conflict between our program and Microsoft Office that is running in a non-US English version of Microsoft Office.

For some reason, the programming language does not interact well with Office in another language, and when it makes a request to perform a function, the program gets confused and gives this error. We have our engineers working on a fix to this problem but we do not have a timeframe as to when it will be fixed. Ugh!

Anyway, in this situation, you can at least access the different word-processing and spreadsheet 'templates' to make your plan, but you cannot access the program itself. In order to access these templates, open up BizPlanBuilder and click on 'Create a New Plan'.
Choose whichever plan you would like to create, and the documents you would like to include in the plan, then click 'continue'.

1) Once you are inside of the program, close the program.

2) Then click on the 'My Computer' icon on your desktop, and click on the 'Local Disk (C:)'.

3) Click on the 'Program Files' folder,

4) and then the 'JIAN' folder.

5) Once you are inside the JIAN folder, click on the 'User' folder,

6) and then the 'BizPlanBuilder' folder.

7) Once you are inside the BizPlanBuilder folder, you will see two folders named '@u1,' and '@u2.'

These are the folders that your plan(s) is saved in. If you open these folders, you should see Microsoft Word documents saved. These are the ones you selected to be part of your plan. If you click on any of these documents, Microsoft word should open up and you should be able to edit them and fill in your information as it pertains to you.
