How to: Add more products / profit centers to financial model
Yes, you can do this...
You will need to go into Excel.
(First, unprotect the page.)
'Insert Rows'
We recommend adding additional lines at the bottom of the section...
The "Total" line at the bottom of that section is what is used throughout the model.
(Make sure the formula in the [sub]total row includes the added lines.)
You will need to look throughout the model for every other page that would include these line items and repeat the procedure.
(Having added the additional lines and adjusting the totaling formula, you can now 'copy right' from the lines above to automatically fill in the formulas referencing numbers and formulas from the source pages.)
And, you do ALL of this at YOUR peril!
