Error Message: "Invalid Page Fault in Module OSC30.dll"

Ugh! Error message like this make you want to SCREAM don't they?
The problem you are experiencing is caused by a conflict between two different versions of the same embedded software application that is used by two separate software programs on your computer. One resides in our program, and the other in another program already installed or recently added to your computer. This embedded software application is widely used throughout the software industry, and so there is no way to predict which computer will have this problem due to multiple variations of system configurations and environments. JIAN has developed a patch that will solve the problems you are currently experiencing.

Also, please be sure you have all of the latest Windows and Office Service Packs installed...

This makes world of difference!

(Windows 2000 has 2, XP has 1, Office has 2 also)

They seem to enable the newer operating systems to run programs written from previous operating systems.

* Click your START button (on your desktop)

* Click "Windows Updates" -- follow the Microsoft instructions.

The patch
Please save this patch to your desktop to run the installation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

To save the patch to your desktop simply click on the link. It should prompt you, with a box that reads "Do you want to open it where it is or save it to disk".

• You will select save it to disk. The next window that opens will ask you where you want to save it to.
  
• Next to the words "save in" will be a drop down window listing the destination of what you are saving.
  
• If you click on the arrow at the end of that box it will allow you to scroll up or down to select the location you are saving it to.
  
• Scroll up to the top and select "Desk Top".
  
• Once you have completed this it should read, "Save in:Desktop".
  
• If it does not select, cancel and please repeat the other
  steps.
  
• If it reads correctly then select 'Save.'
  
• When you have completed saving it to your desktop please close all other programs that are running in the background including any Anti-Virus Programs.
  
• Once you have completed this you can install the patch by double-clicking on the icon for the patch that you should now have saved to your desktop, and following the directions through the installer.
