How to: Move your business plan from one computer to another and have BizPlanBuilder recognize it.

Create a new business plan using the new software.

(Call it exactly the same thing as your old plan.)

Copy the files from the corresponding folders in the old program to the identically named folders in the new system.


(To find the files, follow these directions...)

Click on the "My Computer" icon on your desktop...

Click on the "Local Disk (C:)" icon...

Open the "Program Files" folder...

Open the "JIAN" folder...

Open the "User" folder...

Open the "BizPlanBuilder" folder...

Open the "@U1" folder... (or '@U2', '@U3', etc.)


Be sure that you have pulled-down under 'View' to see the date of each file -- look for the most recent date -- i.e. the file you recently saved.
