How to... Upgrade from Version 8
Try uninstalling using the JIAN uninstaller (if it's still there)
Pull-down under Start --> All Programs --> JIAN [folder] use our uninstaller...
No worky?
May need to clear the registry...
Click Start, then click 'Run' in the lower right corner...
Type 'regedit' in the box:
Click the [+] in front of Software...
Scroll down to [+] JIAN...
Highlight the JIAN folder...
Pull-down under Edit and Delete the folder...
Close the window and reinstall BizPlanBuilder 11!
