This is caused by some unusual glitch that occurred during installation...


First, uninstall BizPlanBuilder using the Add or Remove Programs utility in the Control Panel

(Click on Start, then Control Panel, click on Add or Remove Programs, then click on BizPlanBuilder)

Click Remove.


Now, please reinstall BizPlanBuilder using your most recent download from JIAN.
