How to... Set-up for Multiple Users

1. Locate the the 'JIAN Documents' folder in your All Users folder.
2. Drag and drop it into a desired folder on your server.
3. Then, when you log in to BizPlanBuilder, click the Change button and browse to the folder on your server where you dragged the JIAN Documents...
Enter your Username and Password to log in.
4. From the 2nd PC, just follow step 3.

Note:
Since we include the database records for your business plan variables, other users, their permissions, etc., you must move the entire folder -– not just extract a single plan. If the folder is moved outside of BizPlanBuilder, the system will still try to find the files at the original location and will fail.

You can also accomplish this from within the BizPlanBuilder program:


- Next, you will see a list of plans/projects in the currently active folder. (The one you logged into when you started this session with BizPlanBuilder)


- Check the boxes for the plans you want to copy, then browse for the folder location to where you want to move your project(s)/plan(s).
- Click Copy.

Your plan(s), plus the necessary system files will all be copied and moved together to the new location.
If necessary, repeat the above “Copy Selected Plans” procedure for everything in that folder.

Before you delete...
Before you delete the desktop "BusinessPlan" folder, first try connecting to the new folder location by logging in again with the path set to the new folder location. If you are able to log in successfully, then the "BusinessPlan" folder on the desktop can be safely removed.
