How to... Share Your Business Plan With Others
To enable others to access your shared project, remember that you must also enable Windows file-sharing to allow access to your shared folder.
Right-Click the folder you are using to store your shared plan(s).
(The default is "JIAN Documents" in your Shared Documents folder...
Click Start on your desktop, then click 'My Computer'...
then click 'Shared Documents')
Click the boxes as shown above -- now you and others can access the folder where your original plan is stored.
(Make sure the icon for the Shared folder has a little hand under it.)
