How to... Access Files Between 2 PCs

I have loaded version 10 on my laptop and upgraded my home system to version 10. How do I get the capability to access the same files from both computers.

Let's say that your Desktop holds the 'master' plan.
Log-in, then click add a New User.
Enter the Username and Password you want the user of the Laptop to use.
Under Shared Path, make a note of the path to your shared files.

On the Laptop, log in using the new Username and Password you just added to the desktop PC.
(You may need to add these as if for a new user here as well.)
Click Change and locate the folder -- through your network -- to the above Shared Path, on the Desktop PC where the shared planning documents are stored.
(Make sure that the folder is accessible via your Windows network. (See above FAQ))
Click OK.
[x] "Do you want to make this a Default Path?"
Click Sign In.
On the, "Let's Get Started on Your Plan" page, click Open Previous Projects.
The plans on your Desktop should appear here.
Click on the desired plan, then click OK to open.
