How to... Share your files with others
To enable others to access your shared project, remember that you must also enable Windows file-sharing to allow access to your shared folder.
Right-Click the folder you are using to store your shared plan(s).
(The default is "JIAN Documents" in your Shared Documents folder -- Click Start on your desktop, then click Shared Documents.)
Click the boxes as shown above -- now you and others can access the folder where your original plan is stored.
