Error: Not enough memory / not enough hard disk space

Check to see that you have at least 8MB of RAM, and a minimum of 8MB hard drive space available on your PC. Make sure no other programs are running in the background, like MS Word, E-Mail, a virus program, or a third-party screen saver.


Windows Updates

Please be sure you have all of the latest Windows Service Packs installed... this makes world of difference!

(Windows 2000 has 3, XP has 1)

They seem to enable the newer operating systems to run programs written from previous operating systems.

Click your START button (on your desktop)

Click "Windows Updates" (or visit www.microsoft.com -- look for 'downloads')
