How to: Keep Terminated Employees from Appearing in Reports

To exclude terminated employees from reports, use the "Use Criteria" item on the print window to tell EmployeeFileBuilder to look for all terminated employees using the criteria "is equal to fulltime."




Click the report you want to print.

[x] Use Criteria (bottom of report window)

Select Employee Status (you will see more fields open up as a result)

Choose [is] [equal to] [fulltime]
