How to: Change the Field Descriptions
EmployeeFileBuilder offers 36 user-defined fields that you may format for text, currency, dates, or numbers. The field descriptions for these are user defined.
The other fields which label the folders and employee information, such as the Social Security Number, are built into the program and cannot be changed.
