Storing Employee Photographs
EmployeeFileBuilder will accept the most popular image formats including: bmp, tif, jpg, and gif. Photos may be stored in extremely high resolution. High resolution photos, however, will require a great deal of space on your hard drive. It will also slow down the application as your computer's video card fights to display the image each time you open the employee's folder.
We suggest storing your image at a lower resolution, in order to maintain good speed, and conserve drive space. The photos built into the sample database are approximately 50k, which is high enough to provide good identification and a good quality employee badge.
