You can publish any of your JIAN products into a Portable Document Format for easier emailing or posting to a website. We recommend the "PDF Suite" of PDF document management tools. We use these ourselves — they work very well and they're a bargain. Either use them for free and suffer through some harmless promo or give it up and pay them $30.

Online file-server for collaboration over the Internet

We told that you can use our products and collaborate over the internet. What that requires is a secure online file server. It also needs a utility that will make it appear to your computer (PC or Mac) like it is just another disk drive. We use and recommend IBackup® — the price is about $10/month for 5GB.
