* Average monthly sales from visa / mastercard
* Market value of commercial property and equipment owned
* Credit score

The borrower's credit is obviously important but will be emphasized for business loans. In addition to the credit score other personal information needed will be personal tax returns, personal financial statements and resumes.
There is a fairly wide diversity in the types of deals and amounts. This however is not a hinderance.
