The second provides a 10 year interest free loan with a balloon payment at the end against the project itself. Preference is real estate based projects, no VC. Minimum USD50 million though preference is for 200M and up. Likes phased projects. Up front Insurability feasibility study fee to third party of around $15,000 is needed, we have a company who will pay that on your behalf.
