Here's what we added:

Added: Under Job info on Main screen import, termination reason added.

Added: Birthday List Report — Two reports, one with birth year and one without.

Added: Changed the default from "Blow-Off Day" to "Personal Day" (What were the original developers thinking?)

Added: The default note code for CONFERENCE/MEETING is set to single day. A conference/meeting could last more than 1 day so we changed this default to multi-day.

Added: Employee Badge Layout — Enabled to change the data printed on the badge. Check box selection in print band view: include Name, title, department, company and SS number

Added: Employee Badge Picture — Increased size of the picture by approximately 25%.

Added: Employee Note Screen — If you click the view button at the bottom of the screen, you get a choice of calendar views for when the employee is taking time off. Employee?s name now appears on the screen.

Added: Form — Created an application form with all of the fields in the database included for the employees to fill out. This will be a report titled "Employee Record (Entry)." It will contain the records found in the employee table.

Added: Global recalculation — Time-off is recalculated for everyone.

Added: Middle initial now displays on the General screen as well as the Employees screen as a separate field.

Added: Next Review Date is now displayed.

Added: Notes — Ability to apply the same note to multiple employees.

Added: Ability to look up a blank field — find an employee who has no info in a particular field.

Added: Salary Report — Ability to run a time sheet report showing totals for regular / overtime hours.

Added: Status of Terminated Employee — When an employee is terminated, the Termination Date is displayed on the Employees Screen with 'Employee Status' field as, 'Terminated'.

Added: Time-Off Calculation is active. When you add a time off note for an employee it automatically recalculates the time the employee has left for that benefit. You can now check/uncheck when entering the application.

Added: Fiscal Year now allows (October-September) as an option in addition to Calendar, Anniversary and Quarterly.

Added: Tracking Bonuses — Report of salary and bonuses received. Add a note code of Bonus, then create a report that lists the employee salary and the bonus notes added for them.

Added: view employee list — Start typing the first few letters of employees' names and have the window skip to the person's name.

Here's what we fixed:

Fixed: 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\KNIFE.VBX is out of date. This program requires a newer version.'

Fixed: Attachment as Link — When you open the linked Word doc, the doc now comes up properly.

Fixed: Couldn't find installable ISAM error — Happened when you tried to import data into database.

Fixed: During installation you receive the message, 'FILE NOT FOUND: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\KNIFE.VBX.'

Fixed: Error: During installation, you receive the message, 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\KNIFE.VBX is in use.'

Fixed: Errors while printing (20525, 20534, 20535, 20506) — Old or incompatible dlls on system.

Fixed: Location — At the bottom of main form, there is a LOCATION button that allows you to select supervisor.

Fixed: Max number of viewable employees — Using the arrows at the bottom of the screen to page thru the employees in the database, you are limited to seeing the first 99 employees entered in the database, but if you use the VIEW menu to jump to a specific employee, then that record will be shown on the main screen.

Fixed: Report Bug — TIME OFF BENEFIT USED ANALYSIS. The report was not picking up the hours/days that the employee took.

Fixed: Report named in list do not link to report files on hard drive: The following reports either were missing report files or had the wrong files linked to them: Employee Relatives, Employee Education, Employee Note Summary, Employee Mailing Labels, Employee Time Off Benefit Detail, Ethnic Graph

Fixed: Security Hole — We have found that if a person does not have the password for a database they can still get the data if they create a new empty database and consolidate into the empty database from the locked database.

Fixed: Unable to change employee picture — You can now scan and add a picture of employee to employee record, then change the picture without having to be delete and re-add with new picture.

Fixed: Ability to delete an attachment error.
