Although we don't get very many technical support calls, we are always happy to answer your questions. If you are going to call, please help us at the outset by announcing yourself along with the title of the software in question (with version #), and the nature of the operating system you are using... (Macintosh / Windows XP / Vista) You probably will not have the problem while we are on the phone. (It seems like you never do.) However, we know where most of the bodies are buried and, with just a few clicks, you'll be on your way. Before you call, however; breathe, and pull-down under Support (above) to the product title. The answer is likely in there.
